Fees
Initial Session: $165 for 90 minutes. This includes history, evaluation and treatment.
Subsequent sessions: $110 for one hour (50-55 minutes).
Payment
Payment is a the time of service. Cash and checks are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Insurance
Generally, health insurance companies do not cover this treatment. Check with your carrier to be sure. Medicare and Medicaid do not cover this treatment.
Personal Injury Protection from automobile insurance often does cover my services. I do not bill them. You can submit your receipts for reimbursement.
Employer based pre-tax medical reimbursement plans will reimburse you for my services. I will provide you with a receipt for submission.
Cancellation
Your appointment is important. Unless there is an emergency, please be kind enough to cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance, or pay the missed appointment fee in full.
